Idleness

It's been such a long time since the last post, eh? Haven't had I taken such a long break from adding new posts since the day I created this blog. Let's just say that this stint of idleness is inevitable. The dryness of my mind (when is it gonna end?) and the absence of a "proper" internet connection, as well as the studies that I have to cope with sort of contributed to what bloggers refer to as Blogstipation.

First things first : updates. I have finally started studying again. FINALLY!! I guess it's a good thing because I'm finally doing something useful, instead of just collecting dust at home. So far I'm coping fine with my studies, pushing myself hard (because I'm such a well known slacker) to study new things and also re-learn things that I already know. And I'm officially Kiasu now. Can't help it. That's what people in Med school do, isn't it? Damn.

15 months of holidays have taken its toll on me though. My brain is working fine, but the rest of my body is just rebelling. I get tired very easily, because I'm not used to waking up early in the morning. Hopefully it gets better in the next couple of weeks (before my exam comes).

So far I'm mixing well with the people here. Not with everyone though, because you know, there are so many personality clashes out there and then there's so many students here, it's virtually impossible to get to know everyone.

I don't know what else to write, so here is some "fun" facts:-
  • I play too many sports
  • I'm playing in a band. We play good music. =D
  • I love Marieb. And it's not the name of a cute girl.
  • Where are the pretty girls??
  • I miss Ipoh food lah. And my bed. And my desktop computer. And my guitar. The list just goes on, and on, and on, and on....
  • Of course I miss my old friends lah...
  • Nothing scandalous happening. At least not to me.
How I wish I can make this post more interesting by posting some photos. Too bad I don't have my camera with me and I haven't got any of my orientation week photos from people. Sigh. Those photos would have been better story-tellers than I am. And I seriously need to read more.

More updates another time. Till then, ciao!
