Exams give me headaches

The title pretty much says it all. Just finished my trial exam. Because of exams, my sleeping pattern, eating habit, etc changed. I slept only at 3am this morning but by 7.30am, I was already wide awake... Aww man...this is so unhealthy. I slept so little this entire week and lost my appetite when it comes to meal time. "Equilibrium" of my system is disturbed. lol. Gotta wait for awhile until equilibrium is achieved again...

I'm not a pampered kid...LOL. You could see that I'm using a squier ONLY. Anyway, I bought it using my own savings...painful to the wallet man...

Didn't actually retake this photo by wearing a pair of specs. I edited it by adding a pair of specs there. Lol. Guys, you can rate this in a scale of 1 to 5: 1 for "really dead fake", 5 for "can't see the difference". =P Why am I doing this even, I'm a science student and I suck in arts. Anyway, if you zoom in to look at the photo, you can see that the frame is an "animated" one...

Anyway, I feel very tired, but I want to finish posting on my blog. Yesterday went out almost the whole day: morning I went to school to take my final trial exam paper, then there's this prayer service after the exam. Later after school went over to Ipoh Parade to get the cables that I needed to record the stuff that I play on my axe. After lunch, went over to Addie's place, and had three hours of Winning Eleven, man...Was very "exhausted" already at that time. Then I reached home around 6.30 pm took my bath and went out again at 7. Finally, bought my guitar strings (Man, I can't live without my guitar that has a broken string) and had a "drink" with Addie, Sara and Kian Hin at Secret Recipe in Jusco. Around 8 pm, Addie gave Sara a lift home, and we went straight to Sidewalk Ice Cream Lounge for Samuel Ho's birthday. Lotsa people were there, and the party is like so grand. Good work from Sam. Anyway, we ate and had games, before we knew it, it was already 12 am. Okay, I reached home around 12.10: my 1st time reaching home at midnight since quite some time ago. I decided I need to play with the stuff that I bought, so here am I. It was fun. And Addie lent me his guitar amp. Yea, now I can produce a "broader" sound with his amp, since it is sorta bigger than my Roland cube. Tiring day, plus I was deprived of sleep these couple of days because of the exam. Yesterday I woke up at 4 am just to finish my revision. This is what I call last minute stuff. Now, I've been almost awake for 24 hours. So gonna sleep when I finish this. Phew...Sweet dreams, people... =)

Chelsea - No Mour

A shocking news that I got early in the morning yesterday: when at look at the sports section, I found out that Jose Mourinho has actually left Chelsea. This is weird. Having mixed feelings coz one part of me feels great, the other part of me wondering how will the title race be without Mourinho...

My other pet. You can see that it's very camera shy lol. My mother told me it chewed grass after I finished recording it and it vomited. Ouch. It freaked out, I guess. -.-"

The Social Networking Test

Another one...hehe. Black is my color. Yup.

Created this with Photoshop....I think it looks kinda cool although I'm not a pink lover. The picture on the shirt is a Stratocaster.

Destressing @ wasting time

Just a couple of days left before the trial exam resumes....and now it's the real thing...science subjects which are tough. Have to burn midnight oil.... ='(

What happened to Rock n Roll? Good question. Less drugs if compared to the era before grunge died. Perhaps rock stars nowadays are smarter?

Abbreviation of the day:
CSR (has nothing to do with the picture in the previous post ;P)

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept which encourages organizations to consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of the organization's activities on customers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of its operations. This obligation is seen to extend beyond the statutory obligation to comply with legislation and sees organizations voluntarily taking further steps to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large.

Anyone heard of the name of a nation called Costazzurra?

Costazzurra. Read an article about this in a magazine, but when I try to search the net for more info, there's nothing. Is it actually a nation or just some place in Italy? I was reading a magazine called Monocle in Popular bookstore this afternoon and I became curious because the front page was something like this:...But I had to go, didn't get to read the article at all. The title of the article? MODEL NATION - Costazzurra. It's not possible for me to buy the magazine: it will cost me RM49.00! Anyway, it's a very interesting magazine that covers five aspects in the world: ABCDE. A for affairs, B for business, C for culture, D for design and E for edits (don't really know what this final section is about). Those avid followers of world development or someone who simply wants to improve their general knowledge should read it!

Apple Inc

Just visited Apple's page and found out that they are actually going to release some new items (or have they done so already?). What we've been talking about since last year is the iPhone, but something similar is going to be released - minus the phone features: the iPod touch. Saw the advert and it looks kinda cool. Besides, Apple has "repackaged" the iPod Nano and the classic iPod, and I believe it looks much better too! Anyway, check them out at www.apple.com. Peace out!

The day after my first trial exam paper

I can't believe this either, but I'm actually listening to some Bob Marley stuff now. Very reggae-ish. Lol. It's kind of a cool genre though, I like the sound of the rhythm guitars. Thought of learning reggae for some time but didn't....

For my general paper exam, I got 48 correct out of the 60 questions in the objective paper.... Not too bad I think, coz I expected something lower... For paper 2, guess I won't be doing so well, because I didn't get to finish writing my essays ='( Anyway, hope it's not too bad.
